Tyagpath (“we”) makes an app to help you record Jain sogan and niyam. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Account: your email, your name, and an ID from Google, Apple or Facebook if you sign in with them.
- Habits and level: things you have daily (like tea or sweets) and your chosen level.
- Health concerns: only the ones you choose (like BP or sugar). These are encrypted.
- Vows: your vows, start and end dates, and daily kept or missed check-ins.
- Settings: language, panchang, time zone and city for sunrise and sunset.
Why we use it
- To show your vows and send reminders at your local time.
- To suggest a daily sogan that fits your habits and is safe for your health.
- To keep your account secure and stop misuse.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We do not show ads or use ad tracking.
- We do not share health details with anyone.
Services we use
Sign-in through Google, Apple and Facebook; an email service to send login codes; and a hosting provider to run our servers. They only get what they need to do this work.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Your choices
You can edit habits, health and settings anytime in Profile.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and all your data anytime: in the app go to Profile → Delete account, or email us. See how to delete your account for all the ways.
Children
Tyagpath is not meant for children under 13.
